Has any one ever removed kick panels with astro vents I tried to remove mine and looks like I will have to remove emergency brake pedal and heater box.any sugestions would be appreciated

I have a 68 with astro vents. The kick panel on mine is not a brital plastic and i bent it out of the way to get mine out and no harm done

JB, awhile back,(6-8 months ago from memory) I posted advice on cleaning out the lower cowl area that included the procedure to remove these panels. Check the archives, I had a title about "Rust gremlins".
The driver's side will not come out without removing the parking brake.
