10K doesn't look like a bad deal.

Lets do the math. $10k for car . $6k minimum for paint $2k for interior $1k for tires and wheels and at least $4K for things you miss,screw ups and uh ohs. You are at the least $23K and still have a bench seat ,column shift, turbo 350 car. The 69 auto cars better be right to fetch the big money. Look at E-bay # 230112934023 if he still has it I think 23K will buy it. $1k for wheels and correct valve covers make this a pretty good car with cold converted A/C. Good Luck

Those are 68 side marker bezels but they are not in the correct place for 68 fenders. It looks like some one might have modified 69 fenders to fit the bigger 68 Bezels.
IMO $10k is on high end for value on that car. Less would be better :)
