Called about a 67 Chevelle SS and of course it was sold. Owner said he also had a 66 Nova SS(?) to sell. Lets assume the following is correct.
1. The car is somewhat fresh done 5 years ago
2. Modified 350 and 4 speed
3. Set up as SS Seats console emblems True SS unknown
4. Bright yellow / black
7. Cragar wheels tires unknown OK I know but this is how Texans count
5. Phone negotiations are at $18250
6. Owner says car needs nothing. Yeah right!!!!!!

Sorry that is all I have so far. Will look late this afternoon. Only 18 miles from my house. My questions are:
1. Built like this will the car advance much higher on the money.
2.What does the color do to resale value?
3.What are the expensive pieces if missing?

I will sell this car so I need to buy it way back of the last dime its worth. Will have more info tonight. If I am not interested will help those that are.

Thanx

When you say bright yellow, do you mean something other than stock? If it is something other than stock and it is one of those screaming bright colors, it could hurt it's value as a true SS in the future. Do you know what VIN to look for on a nova SS?

Not sure. My book shows 11837 as body ID # for V8. Correct?
