Hi all. I have the rear out of my 66 addressing a pinion seal leak and have a question. Do both compression springs for the brakes shoes require the pivot busings? I know it is required for the adjuster plate side, but what about the pad on the fornt of the rear? I don't have one on it and was just making sure this is correct before I slide the rear back under the car. And help is appreciated as always.

I have alway had the pivot bushing on both springs to keep them in place
