We finished the car last week just in time for the Spring Rod Run in Pigeon Forge, TN this past weekend. This was the first big test for the car. The new Alumitech radiator kept the 427 cool even when starting, stopping and idling for hours in heavy traffic. The DMH electric exhaust cut-outs turned a few heads. Thanks Guys!! It really means a lot to have discriminating car buffs like you all give me the nod of approval. It has taken 7 months to "finish" the car and worth every second of it. I just got back from a little spin (swear I don't know where those black marks came from:D ) much better therapy than a golf course.:hurray: I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!!

Congrats on the interior! That's a fantastic looking car! I just put my new seats in at the beginning of April. It ended 2 years of sitting on broken springs poking me in the a$$. Nothing feels better than those first rides with new interior! :yes:

Looks great, I looked for almost two years for a black on red '66 that I could afford before buying my blue one. I like it, but it still may end up black/red some day.
