hey guys & gals
well its spring about time:)
i brought my 64 el camino out on sat.. went for a cruz and
lite it up a couple times ..when i brought it back home there was smoke coming out from behind the drivers side
rear wheel and it smelled like of burning gear oil..i looked didnt see any fluid i had the wheel off that day before i went out looked ok ..i have a 454 30 over with a stock 10 blt rear..3.08's .............any ideas?
also what rearends will swap out stright across without cutting shorting ect.? thanks for any help..mike graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Axle seal choked 'n' puked, now there's axle grease on your brake linings??? If so, you need at minimum: Axle seal, brake job.

Probably axle shafts. You'll know when you inspect it...
