I'm having an issue with swapping out the old 305 in my summer daily driver. I switched to a later model 383 with TBI heads and a complete GM truck serp belt system. Now I am having an issue with the heater hoses. Where do I run the return line to? Do I go into the head between #6 and #8? The old Performer intake does not have the bosses to go into the back of the intake like on my '90 truck has.

Any suggestions?

Water pump and radiator. Or front of intake and water pump.

hmm I don't have either of those combos.

my truck has the high pressure side on the rear of the intake manifold and the return goes back to the radiator just below the cap.

Maybe I can solder a large nipple onto my radiator? and use the regular high pressure feed at near the t-stat?
