I know that 68-72 chevelle inner fenders are the same, and I know that chevelle and el camino fenders are different, but are the inners the same for these years of el camino? I guess what I am asking is whether or not el camino inner fenders are the same as chevelles and if so, what years of el camino are the same?

i used an left inner from a 69 el camino and a right from a 68 el camino on my 70 Malibu and they fit just fine. I was also able to install them with the fenders on the car and front wheels removed. i bought new clip on nuts and bolts which made the job much easier. Philip

Chevelle & El Camino inner fenders from 68-72 are the same. I've got one 69 Chevelle inner fender on my 72 El Camino.
