I am working on my AFR/Voodoo hyd roller swap right now, and I currently have a stock Holley 650 DP. What would be a good number to start for jet changes? This should be good for 450-475 hp. Surely it will need a little more after this stuff goes in. Here is the combo in case that matters:

383, 10.0:1 CR
AFR 195 heads, 65cc chambers
Voodoo Hyd roller retrofit 60112 231/239, .550/.550 w/ 1.6 RR on intake side.
Dual plane intake
th350, 2400 stall converter
12 bolt posi, 3:31 gear ratio.

Start at factory settings and make a few passes. look at plugs and decide if lean or rich and go two steps that way. Repeat.
