Or maybe the stock, 214/218, .461"/.480" 350/360hp engine cam..

(Add) Hi Paul!

Thanks, Gary in N.Y.

P.S. This was one of the best selling cams of all time some years ago. I had done much testing over the years with this Speed-Pro grind. It will make power into the 6200+ range on a small BB (396 oval port unit). It is able to produce 375/400 HP on pump today with a 9.5 C.R. It is a "CMC" grind from the "old" Blue-Racer series and used the WG987 part number. I still have them on the shelf for my own units!

Gary,
Thanks for the info. A couple of lobes are cooked. I think I'm going to try the summit cam .475"/.499" and I think the dur. is 208/220. I want to keep things mild on my 67 SS. Runnin' 9.5 on the comp.
My 427 dual quad '69 SS is pretty hyped and it's a handfull in the cockpit sometimes. I geuss I'm gettin' old!
thanks again, Tom
