I just bought the jegs 3" dual exhaust kit that exits before the rear tires, I'm having some trouble finding a good spot for the mufflers. The problem that I see is that there is only about 13" to put the muffler in before the 90* bent tailpipes, in order to keep it tight to the floor. I don't have any mufflers yet because I want to see what size I need, as well as what sounds best. If anyone has pictures of a simular exhaust setup or any info it would help alot. Thanks

I don't have any help to offer here (gee, what a surprise), but I am having trouble imagining the setup. Does a 90* (brutal bend like an upside down L?) just dump out the end of the muffler?
As far as small mufflers go, the 14" spin tech muffler that was put on my exhaust on the engine dyno had a very slim profile and was square not oval, a good space saver, probably the most "compact" muffler I have ever seen.
As a side note, but with my new x-pipe it made my motor sound like an all-out NASCAR engine (having never heard a nascar engine in person), but it a 180* turn muffler wise from my 20" case dynomax hemi super turbos..
So, if anyone does have a picture of a setup like this, I'd be curious, and the mini-spintech muffler was about as small a muffler as I have seen, given the size of the case for the 14" length. Then again, I may just be used to seeing my mufflers, making that one seem absurdly small when it wasn't..
