I looked under search and couldnt find an answer, so here I go.
When i'm buffing rather its just wax or rubbing compound I leave what I would call wax streaks, I'm not talking about swirl marks in the clear.

What am I doing that causes this, I've used a polisher for a long time but I can not get this part down, so any help would be appreicated.:o

Are you keeping your pad clean?

Gaze it when you have finished buffing and it will remove the swirl scratches that you see after buffing.

I use 3M Glaze with a foam pad.

dwayne is right. i too use 3m exclusively. i also hand glaze with 3m and wax after. is it fresh paint? you should not be waxing for at least 3 months. it will haze on you.
