I just got off the phone with Mark as I was trying to have a new positive cable made. He does not make cables anymore :( and apologized that the site hasn't been updated to let people know. He recommended going to a truck repair stop to get the supplies.

I did find out that I maybe still have the original cable on the car. It has the "L" connector with a small tab on the end - starter connection end. It also has a plastic covering where the cable connects to the "L". Probably a good guess that this may be the culprit to some starting problems;) .
