: Restoring vintage license plates... Jazzy70 Feb 24th, 01, 8:28 AM Have any of you attempted to or had a license plate restored? I'd like to keep the blue background, yellow character schemed plate that came original with my 70'SS. My rear plate isn't too bad, but the front is real bad (bent and dented up). Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. It was a BIG mistake, they did a horable job.
