Just got around to saying hello. Been reading stuff on this site for over a month now and joined about two weeks ago. I'm a bit slow when it comes to saying much but I figured it was time to put myself out there.
I picked up a 1964 chevelle recently, plan to drive everday.
275hp 350 with 5000 miles on it, 350 auto leaking from front seal. oil cooler from a Ford LTD cop car, Stock rear with a sway bar and springs from a cop car a bit stiff but liveable for now. Quick ratio power steering box. Bodies a little rough but not due to rust, just failing paint and a little bondo showing through on the quarters from being replaced on the seam. Plan on getting quarter faces put on in a few months.
So far your post have informed me a lot, And one of your regulars jamesneliz has been really nice to me through emails when I have questions about disc brake conversion and so on.
