was told the chrome tips should come out from the bumper 2.44 inches.
When I take it to Bubba who is good with the welder but is going to look at me funny when i say i want it 2.44 inches out. any thoughts ?

just tell him 2 and seven sixteenths and see if you get away with it.

I wouldnt worry if they were tucked in a bit more, but i think if they stick out too far they look worse.

ps..im not happy with how far mine are from the bottom edge of the bumper, thinking about having a modification done to tuck them up...flowmaster american thunder 2.5"..could be tighter.
