I had a leaky back window in addition to some rust holes behind it. I recently had a bodyshop remove the window, repair the rust, and reinstall the window. The work looks pretty good, but there is still a good size gap between the chrome trim and the body where the trim curves around the top and bottem corners. Is this normal? It looks like water could just pool up in there pretty easily. Does anybody have any pictures of what it should look like?

Yes it is. In fact they look like crap on every 70 -72 I've ever seen including both of mine. I tightened the bottom up a bit on mine but that was because I had to cut out and fab in new corners.
