I have a 68 with an SS hood. When installed, the hood sticks up a bit at the winshield end and I can't figure out why. Thanks

I also have a '68 with an SS hood. What I found out is that the rubber bumpers (or whatever they are called) on the hood underside toward the windshield hit the car body when the hood is closed. If you remove the bumpers, the hood sits down correctly. I have not tried to fix this problem yet as my car is still at the upholstery shop. Keep us updated.
