So that you all don't think I'm a "jerk" I'll introduce myself. I bought a 72 "bu" from a nice lady back in 85 and assembled a motor and had the trans rebuilt. As my only car, I drove it into the ground til about 98 and then parked it. It has hotchkis rear hardware, new interior, internal regulator alt., an HEI and an MSD 6AL, 4 bolt, double humps, fireball cam, borla stainless pipes head to tail, ss hood, corvette rallys. Paint is 95 chevy medium emerald green. I'd include pics but I don't see an attach button.

I just decided to start restoring it again. Just installed new brake booster, water pump, steering box, stereo. I'm now starting on the engine compartment and weather stripping. You will be hearing a lot from me (hopefully)

I program with LabVIEW and build electronics for a living. If you're ever near Annapolis, MD look me up. :beers:I have a 26 x 28 garage for my 'bu' and FXWG harley and I have most every tool there is (can somebody teach me how to use my mig welder?)

How do you like me now?

A very big welcome to the site Rob. We can help you with anything you need to know about your Chevelle here. Just curious, are the double-humps 194's or 202's?

Hello, I thought all double humps were 202s but I'm not sure. My brother did the porting and assembly. I just installed them.

I love the clean look of the 66 grill. It beats my plastic one.

GM actually made the double-hump head in a 194 and 202 version.

Hello and welcome Rob. Sounds like you will be busy. If you haven't joined the MD. Chevelle Club, give it a try. It's fun with lots of good people that can help.

I guessed your game.
