I have a 67 with A/C and in a hard rain water leaks out of the lower heater case seam were the fiberglass part joins the metal part. Anyone have any ideas how this is getting in there, or a fix? I've had several of these apart to replace the heater core, etc. with no problems. There's something I'm overlooking on this one.

had the same problem, i put a new gasket on the box on the fire wall , replaced the missing hood to cowl seal no more leak smile.gif
