I ordered a underhood insulation kit and when I received it is says it is for a non functioning cowl, even though I ordered it for a normal cowl. Can someone look under there hood and tell me if the section which sits around the air cleaner has a piece of insulation up there. The kit I have does not have that piece. Any pics would also help. Thanks alot!!!

Forgot to mention is is a stock cowl hood on a 70.
