I've got a customer with a camaro requesting an off the wall wild paintjob and wants to incorporate some new color changing paint he has heard about. From what he says the paint changes color with temperature. Does anyone here have info on this product or experience using it. Money is no object on this one-says the customer. Should be interesting. hehe i had a hotwheels car when i was 6 or so that did that. i didnt know they made real automotive paint like that though.

They have it at our local paint supply. Hope money REALLY is no object, 'cause he'll part with plenty of it. There's also one that "glows" in the dark. Pink, green, yellow Just like the old toys. Shine a light or set in the sun for a while, then it will glow for about 2 or three hours.

Thanks, I've been to that site before looking at the chrome paint but never noticed the xposure paint. I'm not sure if I'm going to take the job yet. It will be billed by the hour plus materials if I do. The last radical custom paint I did took a complete month of my free time, nights and weekends. I live about 30 miles West of Marquette, God's Country in the Upper Peninsula. If I do the job I'll post some pics if I ever figure out how, can anyone explain how to attach a photo that opens up with the post? Bob

You need to host your pic's somewhere. Then right click on the pic, click properties and copy the address. Then do your post and click on image and a window will pop up. Then paste it in the window. Add reply. Hope this helps
