hello,
Just picked up a 69 muncie m20 that came with a new Hurst Indy shifter. Everything is there and set-up... but the bolts ar missing for the shift rods and the bolts to mount the shifter. What size are these bolts Thread and depth and I assume I would use lock washers on them??

Also where would a Hurst Indy shifter come through the floor in a 67 chevelle, would it be an okay location? Probably not going with a console.
thanks

Darn, Grade-8, 3/8" fine x 1" or so for the tranny levers????

Probably the same for mounting the shifter itself, but in course.... (??)

Ps., mine has nuts for the levers is why I'm not sure...........

1969 and later Muncie's use 3/8 course bolts to hold the shift levers on and the shifter mount on the tail housing... Crash
