I see most fittings from Earl's, Russell....the AN fitting is 37*. But all of the flare tools I see are 45*. Where do you get a flare tool for 37* tubing?

I think I got mine from Harbor Freight. For as often as it's used, it works fine.

Thanks for the info. If all of the AN fittings are 37*, what is the 45* flare tool used for? What are brake lines? 37* or 45*?

Oh,... and what is the difference between a single flare tool and a double flare tool?

All brake lines are 45 degree and double flared due to the much higher line pressure involved.

Brake-lines are a 45* double-flare.

The flare tool is the same for single and double, but a double-flare tool comes with the dies to do the first step of the double-flare process... hard to describe without pictures, but they have a die you insert in the end of the line that pushes the end inward, collapsing the line back a bit from the end, then you remove the die and push then end down into the line.
