hey guys could use some help on this question. i am building a bbc for my 71 chevelle and a buddy of mine mentioned about putting a hydraulic roller, but what i want to know is what are or would be the pros and cons of a hydr. roller compared to a regular hydr. cam. thanks

Biggest con is cost. Biggest benefit is more power everywhere and no motor breakin to speak of.

Yes, more power everywhere! Save money up and go roller. Just be sure to buy the new roller lifters that have pressurized oil feeding the needle bearings! Especially on a street engine.
