I'm in sorta the same boat, But mine is the top portion of this panel (71)where the deck lid closes and the 1/4's wrap and weld to. Should I just be lookin for a donor car? Or do they make these panels?

As of yet I havent seen any one make this panel. It is probably for the better since it would fit and be stamped so poorly if the after market made it. It is very common for cars to rust in this area. I fact I have seen rust there almost as often as lower front fenders.
I am parting a 71 right now but havent had a chance to pull the bumper and give it a good inspection yet. Email if interested. If it is good it will be reasonable for someone here on TC
