im thinking of selling it . click though my p/bucket to see pics 68 SS chevelle it an org. ss , i got a # in my head but want some others to chime in here.. the man lwants it for the way it is . hes not worried about being org type car , he whats pro street car , iseem a 68 here for sale for 26 g i think. it got a better paint job but doesnt have blower .the motors a 489 i got with 8-71 blower 2 750 carbs , i still havent fired it up yet ita got 9in ford rear with 4.11 35 splines, spool, stange center ,th 400 with tci 10in conv. floor pans have no rust at all. i got over 15g in just the motor alone...plase help thanks , will check back in later hrmIII:beers:

Anyhow ... I personally can't open pictures of your car, but typically I would say forget any chances of recoup'ing cost for the motor. Pretty much a full-blower BBC will sell for about (maybe a little more) $$ than a plain-smogger 454ci.

The pics arent all that bad. So you have a few pics of you looking silly, like the white robe. The chicks in the Mexico pic is nice. The 68 looks pretty sweet to me. How much did The Blower Shop soak you for that setup? It looks badass in the engine bay. Can totally understand the 15K spent on the engine.

How about a few pics of the car itself?

thanks guys im a crazy sob..im a cool person to know ,,i was just dogged on by someone here ,about my grammer , and that pisses me off. id kick a fer's ass for that. ill have to get a whole pic of the car once i cut my hood out , its still in the goings. i got to mucj mercedes work rightnow to work onit , but the blower set me back 3600. carbs where 1200, linkage was 200, and the bug scoop was 180, the heads where 2200. roller cam etc.was 1500,and the short block and the block was the rest plus misc w/pump valve covers stuff.

i here ya there! :boxing: that aint right...........most of the people here are real cool though, this place is suppose to be about helping folks out, but unfortunately theres always someone willing to cut ya down!! too bad ya cant deal with them face to face!!..... without there safe distance they propably wouldnt have much to say.

Whats the story on that 69 Shelby?its a gt 500 , it just got floor pans installed in it it going to be for sale soon any buyers? i got it for 45g prob get in the 60smaybe 70s depending on how much i want to fix her up. i had a cleaner gt 500 i sold for 90g not long ago. flawless, .428cj c6 with air. the mach 1 behind it was a hurricane katrina car i fixed same for the dogde 440,,and my gray cobra i drive . i buy and sell cars too for living ,,i found the gt 500 in my neighbor hood been sitting for 16 years. i got some other shelbys too. i got a wherehouse full of cars.

Im looking into a blower setup too. The blower set you back 3,600, was that a kit with brackets, pulleys, belt, etc. or just the the blower part itself?

I'm actually considered by many of my friends to be over-grammered when it comes to detail and getting everything correct when it comes to spelling and syntax. Everyone doesn't fall into that category, and please don't stop posting here due to a few folks who think they are above you. As long as you have questions, comments, or just want to BS about A-bodies please don't stop posting here because of a few ignorant folks who don't know how to accept people for who they are.
