I'm thinking about getting my front suspension parts dipped and powder coated while I have them apart. The question is what order? The guy told me that it won't hurt the (rubber)bushings, so I was thinking:

1 - replace bushings (have to get the ball joints and lower arm bushings pressed at the body shop!)
2 - Dip/powdercoat

Also, should I powder coat the springs or is that a waste?

Get all of your supension dipped and coated and THEN press all of your bushings. When they powder coat, they bake your parts at over 400 degrees. SO the bushings will be toast.
