i might have a chance to pick up this 68 convertable chevelle for a trade of my 99 harley davison night train.just wanted to know what you all in chevelle land think.
all i know about the car is that its a 68 malibu convertable, 350 motor,350 tranny and power top.from what i can see in the picture it looks pretty clean.i will try to set up a time to go see it this weekend if very thing sounds good enough.
i am a 69 man myself but a vert is always nice to have.as far as the trade goes my harley is worth about 12-14k and i think the vert is worth about that.so if i do it i wont give him any money just a str8 trade if he goes for it.heres the picture i have.

Well since I am biased towards 68s and not a Harley guy, I would trade in a heartbeat :). If your value of the harley is accurate and the Chevelle is in the shape the owner states. I think you would be getting a good deal. Good Luck

condition, condition, condition. Yes any vert this time of year is worth more than 14k If it's better than a 20 footer. JN

The car will always be worth more than the Harley... as time goes by the Harley will be worthless and the car wont.:thumbsup:

Don't harley's hold there value pretty well? Anyway hard to tell from one small picture but it sounds like its worth more than 12-14k to me. When the top goes down the price goes up.
