Being new to Chevelle restorations is the steering wheel pictured here a correct 67 Chevelle SS 396 wheel? If so who does restoration work on them?

Photo is quite dark to me, hard to tell for sure, but certainly could be.. 3 spoke wise...does it have cracks? or just need painting?

YES IT IS AN SS STEERING WHEEL, i JUST PRESS THE PIC AND IT ENLARGE,BUT EASTWOOD HAVE THE KIT TO REPAIR iT i DID MY'S YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE YOUR TIME, YOU MY HAVE TO WIDEN THE CRACKS, AND FILL THEM IN THEN SAND.
