I thought that you might be able to tell me the formula difference between code 1970,48 and 1971, 49 chevelle. I wanted to see how close they were. Thanks for any help

Nelson, I don't have that info readily available. You may want to talk to a local paint supplier and have them print you the formulas for both colors for comparison. Contacting PPG's color library may also be an option. I do not have my own mixing system- with the volume of paint I use some of the toners would dry up on the mix bank making color matching a problem. The local paint distributors I use work well to help with color match issues often times supplying small amounts of the mixing colors for tinting on tough colors. If work volume increases down the road I'll consider a mixing system, but for now I'll buy it premixed. Ramble, ramble. Good luck with the paint.
