$32,000 !? This guy is nuts. I hope there aren't any fools out there with more money than brains who buy this heap. He better just give it to his sons.

Maybe it's a typo and he really meant 3200. and I don't think I even pay that for it. That thing looks like it had 280,000K on it!

At least it is a Canadian built car.
realistic value is about 10K tops in it current condition.

According to the seller, "it is a 6 figure car when restored". Therefore you could afford to put 32k into it and still make a big profit.:noway:

Its free advertising. He knows it will never sell at that price during the aution, but he'll get lots of email after the auction. No fee to ebay from the sale that way.

I want to know what happened to the engine donor car.

"I installed a 390hp 454ci engine taken from a 1971 GMC Sprint. "

the car was only a 396/350hp car to begin with. I don't know where he is getting the 6 figure amounts. Like someone said he is watching way to much BJ

You are probably right, I can't see anyone even looking at this car for 32K.

He needs to lay down the crack pipe first. Then go back and drop the price down about 20K.

Not quite free. Insertion fees are close to what it would cost to list it in the old car trader. Not selling only saves him the completed auction fee of $40.00. Still even with the fees, it is cheap nationwide advertising. Plus with the high price, the car gets discussed ad nauseum on the muscle car B.Boards creating more exposure, which is free :)

In the " eBay world " I could even see it going for $12,000 if the description is somewhat true.

Am I wrong?

$32000 is funny though LOL

Seems like a NICE car to restore. Nearly everyone loves Cortez silver and black, buckets, plus a big block (to bad that block is gone), 3 pedals and low miles. I don't think its 32k worth of car right now, but its no $3,200 car either.
