C2B is probably 02B - body assembly date February (02), 2nd week (B)
5902 - some sort of data tracking number but doesn't tell you anything about the car as such.
13617 - Malibu 2-dr sport coupe
KAN - Kansas City final assembly plant
22664 - Fisher Body unit number
728-A Med. Blue Roncina Cloth/Imitation Leather bench seat
G-C - normally paint code with lower-upper body colors; G-Granada Gold (lower) and C-Ermine White upper. But, none of my docs show that as a factory color combination. Sure it's not C C? That'd make more sense of a solid white car with blue interior.
W - Tinted Windshield.

Trim level is standard Malibu. See http://www.chevellestuff.com/67velle/interiors/728.jpg for a photo of the seat material/design.

The body plate won't tell you for certain if the engine was a 6-cyl or V8, only the VIN will determine that. However, the VIN will only indicate the base engine for a particular series and will not indicate any engine that was optional. For example, if the VIN is 13617 it indicates a base V8 engine. In 1967 the base V8 was the 283/195hp with the 327/275hp and 327/325hp engines optional. If the VIN is 13517 it came with the base 230/140hp L6 and the 250/155hp L6 was optional.

You'd have to find something like the Chassis Broadcast Copy, Protect-O-Plate warranty card or dealer paperwork to see if any optional engine was installed. Body plate doesn't show any group options so it looks like a very basic car with few options. I don't see anything for a transmssion which leads me to think it's a 3-speed manual column shift.
