Going to remove and replace control arm bushing on a 72 SS Big Block as soon as I get it out of storage.
I have been reading to remove and replace only one at a time. This will be to slow as I want to get the arms powder coated as well. But I really don't want to pull the rear.
Can I remove one upper and one lower on the opposite side of the upper. Any suggestions?

I've done both uppers and then both lowers before without any issues. Remove the rear springs/shocks first and support the rear housing. Be careful not to over extend the rear brake hose.

Bob, You can get your arms powder coated by Glenn Lever. He will also install your bushings for you and save you money. I just sent the bushing along with my arms and he did all the work for a great price. Check it out.
