I am looking for a nice set of grill extrensions for my '67. I called OPG, they said the parts have been on back order for a couple of months due to tooling troubles. I called NPD and they told me the parts are no longer remanufactured. Anyone have further info or info on the grill extensions?

Try other suppliers. Unless there's been a major manufacturing malfunction I can't see them stopping production entirely.

Since Classic Industries and OPGI's owners are brothers, they both own OER (or have some vested interest), which is thier manufacturing facilities. They are the one's making them (I'm fairly sure). And yes they're being retooled for a summer release. Dont hold your breath though. You should be able to find some in stock at some smaller shops that wouldn't normally be posted on the web.

Search www.chevelles.net (http://www.chevelles.net) and check out the clubs that are listed there. They're the people that'll know the classic car parts shops in THIER area's. Some of 'em (like me) work for a smaller time shop that should have one or a pair in stock. So get on that email!

As an update to what I have found-

I spoke with a place in N.C., I can't remember the name, he told me GM was the only supplier until recently have no stock. Now the only hope is to what for them to be reproduced overseas, or of course find some, somewhere.
