I've got the engine out and would like to know what kind of car/truck it came out of. Here are the #'s I have, I'm not sure if they're the corret ones. Thanks, -Zach

-2 GM 3951509 (Drivers side, back of the block.)

-08201LC (Passengers side, front of the block, where the heads rests.)

-6279 (Passengers side, back of the block.)

the number on the block in front of the passenger side head would tell more. Can you post it? and if 08201LC is supposed to be it, there are some letters/numbers missing

Zach looks like a good engine to build. The 509 block is supposed to be one of the best castings, mine is a 511.
