I am doing my first frame-off restoration on a 1967 Chevelle Malibu (not convertible).
The frame appears to be distorted/twisted/bent.
Does anyone have the specifications/measurements of what the frame should be?
Thank you for all your help.

I was going to direct you to find a Fisher Body Manual, but I'm looking at the 1967 Fisher body Manual now and I only see specs for aligning the unibody models (Corvair, Chevy II, Camaro). What you really need to get a hold of is the '1967 Chassis Shop Manual'.
Whew! I'm looking at the Chassis Shop Manual now and all I can say is a picture is worth a thousand words. With all the points of reference it is very difficult to convey accurately the dimensions. I don't have a scanner available or I'd scan the figure out of the manual for you. Maybe somebody has that manual and a scanner?
You know, I'm tired of saying that I don't have a scanner. I'm going to pick one up next week. If you supply me an e-mail I will send you a scan of what it is you seek. I just don't want to post it on the site because I don't want to drag the site into a legal battle with GM. If you've got an e-mail address, just check my signature and e-mail me. I promise to not abuse it or sell it (like a million other scumbags out there, none of whom are associated with Team Chevelle).

Don't know if you have a 2 or 4 door, but if for some reason you need a frame, I have a 4-door frame. Never been wrecked. See the RailVelle in my signature. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

During my frame off of a 67, I measured a two inch twist at the rear of the frame. Once the body was bolted back on, the twist was only one inch. I plan to take it to a body shop with one of the laser guided frame machines to get the last of the twist out.
Not really an answer to your question, but maybe a body shop with a frame bender can help you out.
