I am planning on the LS1 rear brakes.
Do I need to have the axles turned down slightly to fit in the rotor (both the center locating hub and the outer diameter of the flange).
Anyone know the dimensions? I wanted to order new axles from Moser, but I need the specs...
Thanks...

center hole measured 2.780, and the inside of the hat is a little bigger than 6"... how much, I don't know... my dial caliper only goes to 6", and it doesn't reach in there anyway. :)

Damn that was a quick response... You must be on here all the time (no wonder no one can catch up to your post count...).
So as long as I am under 6" overall...
Maybe I won't need new axles afterall (since their older, I'd probably replace rather than just turn them down)...

I have the Moser axles and the stock LS1 rotors fit.

guys - I just slid an ls1 disc over my axle tonight - it's the center hole that needs to be clearanced for. The main flange is fine....
PS - I think I've found the solution for the ebrake lever - looks like I can section 3/8" from the lever and weld it back together and I think it will clear the LCA mount on the narrow 12bolt.... more to come....
