I installed a new printed circut in a 70 with a full gauge dash. I can not get the fuel gauge to work correctly.. The printed circut attachs to two terminals on the fuel gauge. On terminl seems like its showing full power as the test light is bright. The second terminal is showing dimmer light as the tank is half full. As soon as I touch the light to this terminal the fuel gauge reads half full ( correctly) once I take the light off the gouge stops working. I even took off the circut bourd to the low light side and it still reads the same. I also check that the circut board is working back to the plug and it seems to check out.

Is there a another ressister some place that might been blown?

Thanks for you help as I am new to the Forum.
