I have to make them and was wondering if some one out there who has made these might have some pics I could look at before I start fabricating.

You might want to check Ground Up or Year One, I thought I saw some for $75? I purchased the left trunk panel (not Filler) from Ground Up and was very satisfied. I didn't have a need to replace the Filler pieces.
