I have a 1973 chevelle Laguna that is dead stock original never been touched or modified in anyway since new(triple tan 350 auto car), i wanna put 15 x 7 cragar S/S mags on 245/60/15 all around will this fit???

Your 73 will swallow those tire on all four corners.
Might be too small for the rear.

I might have pics of my old 73 ss with 245's, Ill see if I can find them.

This is my car with 15x8 rallies and 275 50 15's on all four corner's.

those tires will disappear in the rear wheelwells.
i think those cars look good with a nice "big and little" combo. a buddy of mine had a '74 Chevelle with 15X10'son the rear with old school L60 Mickeys, and 15X7 with a 225/75 on the front- and that car looked tough.
my 74 Monte has 15X9 and 15X7 slots with 275/60's o nthe rear and 235/60 on the front, and it looks just right..
well, until i get a set of modern NASCAR type D spokes and 255/60's all around. then it will look even more "just right".

15X8's rear 295-50R15
Dunlop GT Qualifiers on wheel vintiques rims

Looks Bad A$$ With that setup, and has a nice stance. I also put variable rate springs in the back and it raised the back a couple inches!!!
