I am building a 1968 and removing the air conditioner. Anyone with any experience doing this? The specific problem I am having is finding a cover that covers all holes (including the air conditioner), keeping the fan for the heater and keeping the inlet/outlet for the heater core. A cover for non-air is too short to cover the air conditioner hole and hits the inlet/outlet pipes. Need help desperately.
