64 chevy II wagon. Restored in the early 90s but has sat alot since then. Has been converted to a 350/th350 and the body is pretty straight and solid. Power steering, factory AC (complete but not working). Needs a few things here and there, and some 17s with a two tone paint job  The interior is in great shape so I probably won't even touch it. Even had the original owners manual and warranty booklet in the glove box :)

the GF just has no vision

Dude, you bought the surfer wagon! Actually I see that you've got a picture of the surfer wagon for inspiration.

A 350/350 in an early Chevy II will have an effortless time motiviting the car. Is your car a factory linkage-boost power steering setup? There are now some interesting front end kits you can add to the early Chevy II that lightens the car and adds rack & pinion steering (Mustang II perhaps?).

I vaguely remember as a little kid in the sixties when a neighbor had a black '63 Chevy II wagon with 3 seats, which is kinda rare. It had red interior. They took it with them when they moved north to Owen Sound, Ontario around '67 or '68. It is probably long, long gone.

time to change girl friends. Live is to short and there are too many fish in the sea to limit yourself to the gal that doesn't understand where you're coming from. (I've been there and done that  )

The 350 has an edelbrock performer intake and a q-jet. Don't know much else about it yet, but it runs pretty strong. Its got factory power steering. I'm keeping it mostly stock since its going to be a daily driver. The 3 seat wagons were extra cool. It was an option in 62-63 only I believe, so they are pretty rare.

I kind of wish my car hadn't been shaved in its previous life. I'm definately putting the emblems back on and stripping the peeling black paint off of the existing trim. I would love to have the scallop and bodyside moldings on it if I can find a set. I definately want a roof rack, they are too freakin cool :D

the plan right now is to get everytihing ready for driver duty and get it looking good again by the end of summer. The only rust on the car is the pass quarter and spare tire well, and the pass rocker. The rest is solid. Definately going to be a two tone. Add a set of 17s and I'll be cruisin.

Another good thing is it can inheirit some of the chevelles leftovers :p

Brings back memories...a buddy in high school had a blue '63 Chevy II wagon as a daily driver. That sucka held quite a few cases of :beers: in it's day.
