Guys,
I had never taken off the door moulding before (middle of door 75 malibu), sooo I just yanked it off. Well most of the plastic clips are reuseable but some did break, and only at the front end of the trim was one metal clip similiar to the one shown, and it got a little bent up.
The metal clip shown below is a sample, I will take a photo of the actual one once I get the car out of the trailer. The plastic one is off of the car.
My question is with the metal clip holding the front and the rest plastic what is the proper way to get the trim off, and now reinstall??? AND Where to get the clips.
Thanks guys, I am trying to get it ready for Ocean City this spring, I am taking my ice cream getter.
The metal clip is still on the car obviously do you think I can reuse it.
