Hi,
I have a 1969 Chevelle Malibu and we are going to be restoring it here soon. The problem is we don't have any garage or any other type of storage unit and that means we cannot restore it. We don't have the money to build a storage unit anyways. I really want to keep this Chevelle, because my dad bought it and he is dead now, and he wanted this car built. I am not sure of what to do. The rear end is out of it and no suspension on the front either. Can anyone tell me what I can do?

Thanks for any help,
Ethan

you can get it high enough with barrells and 6x6 beams to put it on a flat trailer to move it.

around here you can have a carport built for around $800 if that is within your budget

Hi,
Cincinnati is way too far away from Urbana. That is like 75 miles from here and with gas prices. Does anybody know of a place like that near Urbana?

Do you have the front & rear for it? If you can at least get it rolling then you could rent a storage unit & just let it sit till you get the cash. It's not cheap to restore a car even if you can do it youself. Store it & forget about it till you have the place &/or the money.

Ethan,
This is DG from Springfield (just south of Urbana).
I have access to a flat bed trailer, and I have a 10 bolt from a 69 that is complete "drum to drum" I would let you use to make it a roller. We can use a couple heavy duty dollies if the motor is out of it.

I'm sure we can dig up some front end parts from our local Chevelle club. Nothing more than drum brakes.

Can you afford storage some where if we can help you move it?
