what is the metal peice behind the rear seat under the peice of cardboard called? mine is all rusted out who sells new ones? what dose it involve to remove and put a new one in?

Josh, I beleive this is called the "package shelf or tray". I have never seen this part reproduced. You will probably need to cut this out of a donor car.
