My motor is just about finished and I'm looking for some ideas on it's potential performance.
454 .030 over
10.5:1
Forged crank and rods
Ported 781 heads w/2.19 valves
Port matched RPM Air Gap intake
850 carb
Cam is I believe an old UDHarold grind solid flat tappet cam .613/.643 240dur on a 108 center ( I think). Hooker super comps..2" tube into 3.5" exhaust
4.56 gear
Pretty much an 1/8th mile car when it does see the track

Engine will be going to the dyno in a week or 3 for the final results

Car is a 3100lb 80 Malibu

thanks

He didn't recommend it. My engine builder picked it out. I think he knows Harold's old partner or the Bullet cam owner..something like that

Anyway, I still figure you will be fine, although it may, just may be a schosh small???

That said, SMALL equates ta more grunt if your tires can hook to use it!!
