I just picked up a set of Energy Suspension Body Mount Bushings and I was wondering what I should torque them to. The instructions say torque to specs.
Also, should any lubricant be applied between the bushings and frame/body? I will already be using anti-seize on the bolts in case I ever need to get them apart again.
BTW: The rotiserie I was going to build is off. The wife caught wind that I was going to separate the body and frame and she wigged on me. No biggie, its a California car and there's very little rust on the bottom anyway. I'm just going to have the body shop squirt some undercoating.
The car finally goes for paint next week.
I'm having it sprayed crystal green.
