Hey guys quick question I have stripped my 72 auto console apart. I have vinyl dyed the body, door, and back light plate black and it looks really nice. A question I have is the trim on the top of the door has raised edges and was wondering if the center is suppose to be a flat black or if it is suppose to be shiney chrome?

My 71 has a chrome center piece. It is a replacement door that I bought from C.A.R.S.
I would think that maybe the 72 would be same.

Yeah I have the chrome center piece I was asking if it has a black stripe down the center or if its just all chrome? Sorry if the first post is long and not exactly worded well.

Oh and I thought I was in Interiors and this got posted in the wrong forum.
