If you could do it over what would you do differant in restoring your car? How about sharing thing that went wrong or what you did over in restoring your car for us guys who are just getting started. For example I rushed getting my frame done and had to redo it costing more money and time.

for me was the floors, paid through the nose on getting it done when i only needed patches. also i didnt no much about cars at the time, and asked a mechanic to look at it for me. cost me way to much and charged for time wasted by them. now i have learned how to do it myself. they wont see me again :)

I would have NOT cut up my old 69 SS NOva. It was a #s matching 396 stick car untill I put in a built 400sb & an auto to go drag racing. sold the 396 & M20 dirt cheap too. I was 21 then, just wanted to go fast. well I did....10.20 @ 132+
